Guardely for Neighborhood Watch

Transform concerned neighbors into a coordinated safety network
Set Up a Watch Group

Why grass-roots safety groups are booming

and how Guardely supercharges them
More than 40%
of U S. residents say local crime is their biggest community worry (Gallup, 2024).
Traditional watch programs
rely on monthly meetings and paper sign-up sheets—great for potlucks, slow for real-time alerts.
Social-media groups
are noisy and unverified, often spreading rumors instead of facts.

Guardely bridges the gap with a U S. crime-point map, instant neighbor broadcast tools, printable recruitment flyers, and a turnkey “Watch Group How-To Kit.” All data comes from public records; every location ping is encrypted; and no personal info is sold—ever.

Coverage note: live crime and sex-offender feeds cover only the United States. Groups abroad can still share incident reports and check-ins, but live pins appear once back on U S. soil.

Frequently asked questions

The most frequently asked questions and their answers
Is this the same as Nextdoor?
No. Nextdoor and similar platforms are general neighborhood forums, while Guardely is a focused safety tool built around live crime pins, offender information, and structured alerts for a defined “watch zone.” Guardely is designed to keep discussions anchored in verified incident data instead of long, noisy comment threads.
Does everyone have to share live GPS?
No. Members do not need to broadcast continuous GPS to participate in a Guardely watch group. Groups can rely on crime maps, incident alerts, and neighbor broadcasts without requiring anyone to share their live location unless they choose to for specific safety features.
How do moderation and privacy work?
Each watch group can designate one or more captains who approve member requests and help keep posts on-topic and bias‑free, using your How‑To Kit’s sample bylaws as a baseline. Incident reports from neighbors are clearly distinguished from official crime pins, and personal data is encrypted and not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Where can I view plan tiers?
Plan tiers and pricing are listed on the main Guardely site and in the iOS and Android app stores under “Guardely: Family Safety.” Community leaders can start with free tools, then upgrade if they need higher alert volumes, more zones, or additional export and reporting features.
